Enforced Nicks and More!

 
Awfulnet is proud to announce the first of many exciting changes for the Awfulnet network.
Our finetuning process has led to two important changes in the name of privacy and security.

1.  IP addresses are now cloaked, concealing your true internet address (although users are welcome to request a Virtual Host from the Awfulnet staff
2. Registered nicks are now enforced by default. If you do not identify within 30 seconds of connecting, your nick will be automatically changed. This can be disabled or modified by messaging the NickServ network service.
